As your plans may change, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
By booking travel arrangements through Figueroa Travel, our guests assume the risk of financial loss which may be a part of travel, and to hold harmless Figueroa Travel against all claims for travel arrangements booked on your behalf.
On occasion a tour operator/cruise line/hotel may fail to provide the promised arrangements per the reservation, or events outside their control may affect their ability to provide you with the services you expect. We will do our best to help you recover the value of any such failure on the part of the operator, however our responsibility to you is limited to this assistance. Financial liability for any failure to deliver accommodations or services is that of the operator.
